Wo sie aus Einzelfällen eine ganze Schulform macht, müssen wir widersprechen. Und wo wir nicht wissen, wie verbreitet ein Problem ist, sollten wir es herausfinden. Eine lebendige Pädagogik muss nicht beweisen, dass Rudolf Steiner recht hatte. Sie muss zeigen, dass sie lernen kann.

The strongest response to the Wallraff investigation is not to claim that everything is fine. Where it reveals failures, Waldorf schools must take them seriously. Where it turns individual cases into a judgement on an entire educational movement, we should challenge that conclusion. And where we do not know how widespread a problem is, we should find out. A living educational tradition does not need to prove that Rudolf Steiner was right. It needs to show that it can learn.
